Tableau and Slack Enterprise+ Engineer

Summary: The primary purpose of this role is to manage the integration and utilization of Tableau Next and Slack Enterprise+ for optimizing operational performance and reporting. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in creating KPI dashboards and managing workflow functionalities to enhance business processes. • Main Responsibilities: • Design and implement KPI cockpit in Tableau Next for performance metrics. • Configure workflows and manage bot functionalities within Slack Enterprise+. • Create and manage dashboards showing agent performance metrics. • Establish data source connectivity between Tableau and various platforms (e.g., Salesforce). • Build real-time notifications in Slack for operational alerts. • Govern the dashboard and data source versions for compliance. • Train business users to create self-service views in Tableau. Key Requirements: • Proficient in Tableau Next with experience in KPI cockpit design and calculated fields. • Strong knowledge of Slack Enterprise+ focusing on workflow management and bot configurations. • Experience in connecting data sources via APIs. • 3-5 years of experience in Business Intelligence (BI) delivery, particularly with Tableau. Nice to Have: • Familiarity with Slack Enterprise administration. • Experience with iterative design delivery methods.
