📍 Remote  💰 Rate: 150 PLN/h  🚀 Start: ASAP 🧩 About the Programme We are supporting a global transformation initiative in Tax & Legal, focused on building an AI-enabled, data-driven compliance ecosystem. The programme is redefining how tax compliance data is processed, validated, and delivered across large, complex enterprise environments, operating across multiple countries and systems. 🎯 Role Overview The Tax Data Manager is responsible for ensuring data quality, governance, and operational readiness across the end-to-end compliance data lifecycle. This role acts as the operational control point for data flowing through the ecosystem — ensuring accuracy, consistency, traceability, and timely delivery. 🔑 Key Responsibilities  Data Operations & Governance • Own data quality, consistency, and governance across the delivery model • Ensure data is validated and certified before downstream processing • Define and enforce standard data handling and transformation processes • Maintain full data lineage and traceability  Issue & Exception Management • Identify and resolve complex data issues at root cause level • Escalate systemic risks and data quality problems • Decide on data release, hold, or escalation based on quality checks  Team & Stakeholder Collaboration • Lead and support a team of data analysts • Allocate work and monitor output quality • Collaborate with business, tech, and AI/automation teams  Controls & AI Oversight • Maintain audit trails and control frameworks • Supervise automated and AI-driven data validation processes • Apply human judgment to validate system outputs    Candidate Profile We are looking for a professional with experience in: • Data governance, data quality, or data operations • Large-scale enterprise or regulated environments (finance, tax, insurance, consulting) • SQL and data-driven systems • Stakeholder management in complex environments • Agile / delivery environments Experience in ERP, data migration, or analytics is a plus.
