Nasze wymagania:
Qualification: You have a degree in computer science, data engineering, information systems, or a comparable field.
Experience: You bring several years of experience in data engineering and have already taken ownership of technical leadership or senior engineering responsibilities.
Know-how and skills: You possess strong expertise in data architecture, data modelling, and ETL or ELT processes, combined with solid knowledge of Python, SQL, Spark, orchestration tools, and system design principles.
Nice to have: Experience with cloud-based data platforms, modern data stack technologies, and CI/CD or DevOps practices would further strengthen your profile.
Personality: You are a proactive and empathetic professional who clearly communicates complex technical topics, inspires others, and enjoys working collaboratively in an agile environment toward long-running strategic goals.
Language skills: You communicate confidently in English.
Zakres obowiązków:
As the Tech Lead in a Data Engineering team, you take responsibility for the technical direction of our data platforms (esp. Databricks), ensuring scalability, reliability, and high data quality while making key technical decisions.
Together with your team, you implement critical components and frameworks, define coding standards, and ensure best practices through hands-on engineering and code reviews.
Your responsibilities will include mentoring and coaching engineers, resolving technical challenges, and structuring complex topics into actionable tasks that enable efficient delivery.
Acting as a trusted technical counterpart, you collaborate with stakeholders to assess idea feasibility, estimate effort, and provide input for project planning.
By driving efficient delivery processes, you support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and deployment practices while ensuring alignment with product goals and stable environments.
You actively foster innovation by evaluating new technologies, promoting automation and DevOps practices, and identifying as well as reducing technical debt
