Nasze wymagania: Solid 10+ years’ experience in software engineering with experience in leading technical delivery team. Experience in the FICC or related domain. Hands-on skills in programming in modern Java language on back-end with HTTPS, RESTful API, micro-services and MQ. Experience in delivering multiple back-end systems with requirements in high-availability; high performance; SQL / rational database; scalability; maintainability. Solid experience in Agile development framework and familiar with agile tools. Strong communication skills and proficient in English, with capability of stakeholder management. Proven track record in driving continuous improvement and growing team members. Being: self-driven with ability to work proactively, collaboratively and efficiently within geographical dispersed teams; a decisive professional with strong critical thinking skills, who is principled and persistent; a faster learner with curiosity and passion for technology. The ability to handle pressure while remaining calm and composed in urgent or high-stress situations. Mile widziane: Experience in high-volume data processing and compute, ETL pipelines and distributed compute systems. Domain knowledge in banking - trade life-cycle and post trade processing for financial investment products, especially FICC. Experience in no-SQL or Columnar DB. Experience in building service on cloud (especially GCP). O projekcie: Join us to work with talents from different geographical locations in the world class Global FX Calculations team to develop, improve and maintain the bank's own solution and platform for post-trading risk and PnL calculation which plays a critical role in trader's day-to-day activity and the bank's fulfilling to regulatory requirements. Zakres obowiązków: Communicate with business users to identify and refine requirements and translate them into specified project deliverables. As the owner of projects / initiatives, define delivery roadmap based on solutions, and remove blockers to ensure technical solutions are delivered per agreed timeline with high quality. Work hands-on, to design, build and support technical solutions / platforms with the delivery team, estimated split will be 80/20 hands-on programming and coaching / mentoring. Production support and incident reaction as part of the global team. Coach and mentor team members to build a high performing technical delivery team. You will use your extensive soft skills to track, align and motivate delivery leads and developers, but also encourage them to raise risks early, expose their views on technical decisions and coordinate with rest of the regions in a follow-the-sun model.
