Nasze wymagania: 7+ years of experience in Big Data and large-scale systems. Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with Spark and Scala. Expertise in Big Data tools (Airflow, Hive, Cloudera) and orchestration systems. Strong understanding of data modeling and performance optimization. Proven experience in setting up DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelines. Exposure to cloud environments (Azure preferred). Strong communication and leadership skills, fluent in English (C1+). Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Mile widziane: Familiarity with Databricks, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift. Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, Sonar, Fortify. Experience with microservices and REST-based APIs. O projekcie: As a Tech Lead, you will drive the end-to-end technical delivery of data engineering projects, architect scalable systems, ensure best practices in software development, and mentor engineers to achieve technical excellence. Zakres obowiązków: Lead the technical design and delivery for data engineering solutions. Architect, design, and implement optimized data pipelines for high-volume processing (Spark, Airflow, Hive, Databricks, Cloudera). Oversee code quality, CI/CD workflows, versioning, and cloud deployments. Build and maintain scalable data lake solutions for structured and unstructured data. Act as a technical mentor, supporting the team in best practices and technical growth. Write and review high-quality Scala/Spark code. Collaborate with global business and technology teams to ensure alignment to standards and vision. Drive compliance with internal security and regulatory policies.
