Want to make an impact? We offer that   Due to continued growth, we are hiring a Technical Business Analyst to support and improve applications used for education and training courses. The role is a hybrid role in Dublin, and involves collaborating with product and development teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and create user stories and documentation.   Candidates should be adaptable, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills are essential, along with experience working with technical and non-technical audiences.     Key Responsibilities:   ·       Engage with business stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document  business requirements and processes and translate them into a deliverable format. ·       Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather detailed requirements and define project scope. ·       Provide inputs into the development of business cases and proposals and identify risks and gaps. ·       Develop functional specifications, process maps, and use case documentation. ·       Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure business requirements are understood and implemented effectively. ·       Support testing activities by preparing test cases and assisting with user acceptance testing (UAT). ·       Assist PLSS Support in trouble-shooting user issues and clarifying functionality. ·       Assist in release activities such as presentations demos, documentation and stakeholder training. ·       Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to enhance business efficiency. ·       Assist in change management and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements:   ·       Proven experience (5+ years) as a Business Analyst, Solution Designer or a similar analytical role. ·       Must have a Degree Level or equivalent industry qualifications. ·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail ·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ·       Experience with business process modelling tools and techniques. ·       Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. ·       A good understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). ·       Ability to operate with both agile and waterfall methodologies   Desirable Skills:   ·       Familiarity with education and training frameworks, as well as a commitment to continuous improvement. ·       Experience with SQL. ·       Experience with Azure DevOps. ·       Previous experience in the public sector. ·       Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving. ·       Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.   Opportunity type: 8-month contract, Hybrid in Dublin 1 Start date: May 2026
