Technical Product Owner (f/m/x)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to join our team working on a web, retail solutions. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong technical understanding, background in product management and experience in implementing web applications. We look for a dedicated Product Owner who has been in this role for at least 3 years and has a proven track record of managing and delivering products. Your tasks • Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Owners, and Stakeholders to understand and align with the business needs • Lead discussions on priorities, expectations, and requirements within the Scrum/SAFe framework • Ensure your teams are delivering the right features at the right time • Understand your domain and scope, and provide clear, actionable requirements to the development team • Gather and document requirements, develop models, and create specifications necessary for product delivery • Proactively manage your team's backlog, focusing on both priority and scope • Foster collaboration and coordination with other development teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery Requirements • At least 5 years of experience in business, product, and management roles • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner • Strong understanding of technical aspects of SDLC • Previous experience as a Business Analyst • Proven experience leading highly complex international digitalization projects with top management visibility • Strong business acumen, an analytical mindset, and a deep interest in technology with hands-on product management experience • Customer-focused with a keen ability to prioritize and meet customer needs • Experience in agile projects that have dependencies on legacy systems • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and the Software Development Life Cycle • Strong interpersonal, communication, and planning skills, with critical thinking and decision-making abilities • Fluent English and Polish proficiency (C1 level or higher) • Residing in Poland required Nice-to-have requirements • Knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) • Previous experience in web technologies and SEO
