Technical Quantexa Analyst

Detailed description of work task to be carried out Location: Poland (WAW/GDA/GDY) Hybrid work: remotely up to 50%/month Quantexa certified Technical Business Analyst Experienced business/IT analyst to explore new Transaction Monitoring requirements and facilitate analysis together with business experts, product owner, local systems SMEs and various stakeholders. What you’ll be doing: -Act as bridge between the Business and IT teams from scope perspective. -Collect, validate, structure and document business functional and non-functional requirements -Act the SPOC for any questions/clarifications from Developers/Testers regarding requirements. -Provide support to the Testing team in drafting the Test scenarios -Provide support to the Business team during UAT from scope coverage perspective.   Must-have knowledge and experience To succeed in this role, we believe that you have: -Strong analytical skills and experience in business and IT analysis -Strong in collaboration and building relationship with our stakeholders -Experience with collecting, validating and structuring business functional and non-functional requirements -Experience with process modelling and visualization techniques -Understanding of data analysis and information modelling -Good writing skills, presentation and communication skills You will be responsible for analyzing, designing and providing input and guidance in the implementation and maintenance of systems related to Transaction Monitoring. Your experience and background: -Familiar with agile way of working -Previous experience in banking domain, especially in the financial crime prevention area, is a bonus -Good to have experience in Hadoop and Transaction monitoring domain -Should have sound knowledge of various products of Capital Markets and Trade Finance respectively - minimum 3 years of experience as IT Analyst
