Technical System Analyst / Solution Architect

We are looking for a Technical System Analyst / Solution Architect to join our team. The role focuses on analyzing existing systems, documenting hidden business logic, and designing modern technical solutions. What You Will Do • System Analysis: Investigate source code, databases, and logs to understand and document existing business logic and system behavior. • Requirement Translation: Work with Business Stakeholders, Product Owners and UX/UI Designers to translate product requirements into technical specifications. • Technical Design: Create data models, process flows (UML, BPMN), and API contracts (REST, sync/async). • Modernization: Identify technical debt and design pathways to migrate from legacy systems to a modular architecture. • Team Support: Assist developers in understanding technical requirements and ensure implementation aligns with the design. What We Expect • Experience: 5+ years in software engineering, system analysis, or solution architecture. • Code Literacy: Ability to read and understand source code (e.g., PHP, Go, JavaScript) to extract business logic. • Modeling Skills: Proficiency in using UML, BPMN, or similar standards for system and process modeling. • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of SQL, microservices, and event-driven architecture. • AI Tools: Experience using AI-assisted tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot) for analysis and documentation. • Pragmatism: Ability to design realistic solutions that balance technical ideals with business needs. • Languages: Professional English and Polish, German is much appreciated What We Offer • Contract: B2B contract with flexible working hours. • Work Model: Remote or hybrid work model. • Health & Sport: Private healthcare and a cafeteria system / sports card. • Development: €800 annual training budget. • Toolset: Google Suit, Confluence, JIRA, GITLab, Jet Brains, AI Tools (Claude, Codex, Copilot, Gemini, Rovo AI) • Office: Modern office with chillout zone, standing desks, bike parking, and showers. • Events: Regular team lunches, workshops, hackathons, and integration events. • Other: Referral bonus and occasional international travel.
