Opis stanowiska
The Documentation Lead owns the knowledge and documentation layer of DataCore: how information about the platform is structured, written, maintained and found. The role is deliberately hybrid in nature, requiring enough technical understanding to document a Databricks-based data platform accurately, and enough human insight to write for people who are not engineers and to design how they will actually adopt the material.
Responsibilities
• Assess the current documentation and channel landscape across the collaboration spaces in use and recommend a consolidated structure.
• Define and apply sustainable documentation standards, templates and ownership that the DataCore team can maintain without external support.
• Restructure and improve the SharePoint hub so that it works as a single, coherent entry point for users.
• Produce onboarding and enablement material for each persona, including guidance on prompt practices for AI-driven workflows such as the GPT Databricks connector.
• Establish channel governance: purpose, audience, ownership and content guidelines for each channel that is retained.
• Translate technical platform concepts into clear guidance for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key Requirements
• Demonstrable technical literacy with modern data platforms and data products, sufficient to document them accurately and credibly.
• Proven knowledge management and technical writing capability, including information architecture and content structure.
• Human-centred adoption skills: designing content and user journeys around how people actually work, not only around what the platform does.
• Practical experience with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 collaboration tooling; familiarity with Viva Engage is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently with technical stakeholders and to challenge existing structures constructively.
Other Details
Indicative level: Consultant to Lead level, or the equivalent band on the supplier's Novo Nordisk IT Consulting rate card. This role should not be filled at junior level: the combination of technical understanding and adoption judgement it requires is the reason it sits above entry level. Location: hybrid, with onsite presence in Denmark for workshops, user research, and key working sessions with the DataCore team. Allocation: 50% - 100%.
