Test Data Specialist – Data Masking

About the project Join an international enterprise-scale project focused on data privacy, sensitive data protection, and GDPR compliance. The team is responsible for implementing and maintaining Data Masking solutions across development and testing environments, enabling secure application testing without exposing real customer data. You will work with modern data and cloud technologies in a highly professional environment with strong focus on security, compliance, and data governance. Responsibilities • Identify and classify sensitive data (GDPR / PII / confidential data) • Design and implement Data Masking solutions • Work with:• Static Masking • Dynamic Masking • On-the-fly Masking • Configure and maintain masking rules • Validate and tune masking logic based on application and testing requirements • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders • Create and maintain technical documentation • Ensure compliance with privacy and data protection standards Must-have requirements • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Masking / Test Data Management • Practical experience with tools such as:• Delphix • Informatica TDM • IBM InfoSphere Optim • Oracle Data Masking • or similar enterprise-grade solutions • Strong understanding of Data Discovery and Data Classification • Experience working with sensitive data and GDPR-related requirements • Ability to design and implement masking rules and strategies • Experience in enterprise IT environments • Very good English communication skills Nice to have • Experience with Snowflake • CI/CD knowledge • Docker / Kubernetes basics • Experience with automation and monitoring processes • Financial sector or regulated environment experience We are looking for someone who • understands the importance of data privacy and compliance, • can independently analyze complex data environments, • has experience working on enterprise-scale projects, • communicates effectively in international Agile/SAFe teams, • combines technical expertise with business and regulatory awareness.
