Test & Project Analyst

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Test & Project Analyst Responsibilities: • Support projects and initiatives of varying size, scope, and global reach, as assigned by leadership • Develop and manage project plans in collaboration with project leads and stakeholders for large, cross-functional initiatives • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, ensuring timely escalation of risks and issues • Assist Project Managers and Product Leads in delivering large-scale projects through a strong understanding of SDLC methodologies • Collaborate with operational and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective support processes • Analyze current and proposed technology and business processes, identifying optimization opportunities and risks • Assess the impact of technology changes on operations, client delivery, and end users • Participate in and lead functional and end-to-end test scenario walkthroughs and test script reviews • Identify and ensure closure of gaps before the start of testing phases • Monitor test planning, execution, defect tracking, and resolution processes • Coordinate documentation and testing walkthroughs with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring all issues are resolved prior to production validation testing • Support functional testing, end-to-end testing, and operational readiness activities • Document findings and provide recommendations for technology enhancements or process improvements • Prepare user manuals, training materials, and deliver training sessions when required • Participate in strategic planning sessions and senior management meetings • Manage interdependencies across multiple project streams to ensure successful delivery • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequently changing priorities and limited documentation • Ensure adherence to deadlines and support timely delivery aligned with go-live targets • Monitor customer issues and advocate for continuous process improvements • Support release management activities and SDLC processes across all production phases • Track operational gaps and ensure their resolution through process improvements or technology changes   Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role (e.g. Project Analyst, Test Analyst, Business Analyst, or Project Support within IT environments) • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Agile and Waterfall methodologies • Proven experience supporting large-scale, global initiatives across multiple teams and regions • Hands-on experience with functional and end-to-end testing processes, including test planning, execution, and defect management • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills with the ability to provide clear recommendations • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in both local and global team environments • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a multicultural environment • Experience working with cross-functional operational and technical teams • Ability to manage multiple workstreams with changing scope and priorities • Comfort working in deadline-driven environments with shifting requirements • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)   Offer: • Private medical care • Co-financing for the sports card • Constant support of dedicated consultant • Employee referral program
