- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field- Advanced knowledge of SQL- DevOps mindset and knowledge of OpenShift- Proven experience in operating and monitoring systems
in an AWS environment- Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux servers,- General knowledge of application servers,- Experience in operating high-availability systems,- Experience in operating application servers,- Fluency in spoken and written English,- Experience with log analysis,- Experience writing scripts (Bash/Python/RPG/Perl/PowerShell),- Ability to solve problems independently, analytical mindset,- Liaising with third-party service providers
Codzienne zadania:
- Monitoring the system, receiving alerts from automated monitoring tools,
- Participating in identifying the issues,
- Performing system activations and installations,
- Keeping operational documentation up to date
- Ensuring system availability and operation in accordance with the company’s SLA,
- Knowledge of and adherence to the company’s internal policies, ensuring smooth operations,
- Active participation in the implementation of new solutions and processes,
- Supporting development projects,
- Operational-level troubleshooting,
- Requesting, generating, managing, and supporting the replacement of keys and certificates,
- Support for occasional night and weekend work.
