ABOUT THE TEAM You’ll join the Operational Excellence team, a group of experienced and highly committed professionals responsible for ensuring the reliability, compliance, and operational performance of IN Groupe’s solutions. The team is composed of Operations Managers, Reporting Specialists, working together to maintain a stable, secure, and well-governed service environment. The team has a strong focus on service quality, risk management, regulatory compliance, and data-driven decision-making. Working closely with technical, business, and governance stakeholders, Operational Excellence supports day-to-day operations, manages operational risks, ensures transparency through structured reporting, and drives continuous process improvement. Together, we ensure that IN Groupe operates as a trusted, resilient, and compliant digital identity provider. ABOUT THE ROLE As an IT Operations Manager, you will be a key member of the Operational Excellence (OE) team within the broader Service Operations Denmark (SODK) department. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring contractual compliance, driving operational excellence, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will play a central role in optimizing operational processes, strengthening the organization’s security posture, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. By proactively managing risks, capacity, and service performance, you will help ensure the stability and scalability of critical digital identity services. A customer-focused mindset and the ability to address complex operational challenges are essential to succeeding in this role. MAIN RESPONSABILITIES • Take ownership of contractual obligations, ensuring compliance and high customer satisfaction • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and service delivery • Oversee security testing, vulnerability management, and disaster recovery planning • Drive capacity planning and scalability initiatives to optimize resource utilization • Develop and maintain reporting systems to support internal decision-making and customer reporting • Identify security vulnerabilities and lead risk mitigation activities • Proactively address complex operational and technical challenges • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication and service excellence • Demonstrate high motivation, commitment, and ownership for operational outcomes • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational performance REQUIREMENTS • Proven experience in IT or service operations management, with a strong focus on security, compliance, and service delivery • Solid technical understanding of penetration testing, segmentation testing, vulnerability assessments, and disaster recovery planning • Experience with capacity management, availability management, and problem resolution in complex environments • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, structured mindset • Familiarity with ISO standards (e.g. ISO 27001, ISO 22301) and the ITIL framework BENEFITS OF JOINING IN GROUPE/ AVANTAGES A REJOINDRE IN GROUPE ✨ What you’ll get (beyond the job itself) Most important: employment based on an employment contract At IN Groupe, we build secure identities and digital trust for millions of people worldwide - but we also make sure our teams feel secure, supported, and inspired every day.
