AWS Architect/SRE/DevOps

O projekcie: Our client is a fast-growing international SaaS platform in the EdTech sector. The product runs entirely on AWS, making heavy use of advanced cloud services and AI tooling. The team is small, which means high autonomy, real influence over technical direction, and direct collaboration with the business. We're looking for an experienced AWS Architect / SRE Tech Lead to take full technical ownership of the infrastructure — from architectural advisory and hands-on implementation to team mentoring. Wymagania: - 8+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud / SRE- Advanced, hands-on AWS knowledge — EC2, VPC, RDS, Lambda, S3, CloudFront, DynamoDB, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, SNS, SQS and mor- Serverless-first mindset — Lambda, CDK/SAM, API Gateway as natural working environmenT- AWS certifications (minimum AWS Solutions Architect Associate; Professional, DevOps Engineer or Specialty a strong plus- Python as primary scripting/automation language- IaC in production — Terraform or AWS CDK- Well-Architected Framework — solid understanding of all 6 pillars- Experience with cloud cost optimisation- Strong soft skills — stakeholder communication, ability to work in a small team, high autonomy- English B2+ (written and verbal) and Polish native Codzienne zadania: - Design and evolve cloud architecture on AWS following the Well-Architected Framework - Select and implement advanced AWS services (serverless, managed services, AI/ML tooling) - Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code — Terraform, CDK or CloudFormation - Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes - Configure observability, monitoring and security (CloudWatch, GuardDuty, Security Hub) - Optimise cloud infrastructure costs - Collaborate with development and product teams — translate business requirements into technical solutions - Mentor and upskill team members - Work with external vendors and solution providers
