Role Summary:  
We would like to invite you to join the adventure of expanding TME PL branch in the Toyota Digital HUB in Wrocław. 
We are seeking a senior AWS Cloud Engineer to drive the design and evolution of our enterprise AWS platform. The role focuses on building and governing a secure, scalable, and cost-efficient cloud foundation, including landing zone architecture, account strategy, identity and access governance, and network design. The successful candidate will lead the implementation of infrastructure as code, automation frameworks, and operational best practices, while enabling engineering teams to consume standardized cloud services. A strong emphasis is placed on security, compliance, reliability, and cost management across a multi-account AWS environment. 
 

Key Responsibilities:   
SENIOR ENGINEER: 
• Implement, automate, and manage AWS cloud environments following best practices. 
• Write, review, and improve Infrastructure as Code using Terraform. 
• Contribute to automation efforts (Python, Bash) and CI/CD workflows (Github). 
• Participate in architecture discussions and cross-team knowledge sharing. 
• Support cost efficiency and operational excellence targets. 
• Act as a technical team lead and proxy Product Owner for the AWS platform, translating business and platform needs into a prioritized backlog and guiding engineering teams in delivery 
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to platform architecture decisions. 
 
 
 
Qualifications & Skills:  

WHAT WE REQUIRE: 
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and multi-account setups. 
• Strong skills in Terraform, scripting (Python, Bash), Github. 
• Team-oriented, proactive learner with good English communication. 
• AWS certification is definitely a plus 
• Cloud networking and security knowledge. 
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate (or equivalent hands-on experience in AWS). 
AWS Solutions Architect Professional or DevOps Engineer Professional, with additional Security or Advanced Networking Specialty certifications. 
• Experience with observability tools. 
• Exposure to multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments. 
 

ADDITIONAL ASPECTS (considered an advantage):  
• Ability to cope & exposure to a large multinational & multilevel partners  
• Experience & understanding of HR digital tools in field of recruitment and/or training 
• Understanding of technical aspect and / or IT related functions
