Azure Cloud Architect

As an Azure Cloud Architect in our Accenture Cloud First team, you will help enterprise clients design and evolve secure, scalable and cost‑efficient cloud landscapes, supporting their digital transformation journeys. Your work will include: - Designing end‑to‑end architectures for cloud, hybrid and on‑premises environments on Microsoft Azure, including Azure Landing Zones, governance and security models. - Defining and implementing compute environments (autoscaling, load balancing, serverless solutions), Azure database services and CI/CD pipelines, with integration to existing on‑premises services. - Designing cloud‑native networking (VNETs, peering, firewalls, container networking) and security & compliance controls (IAM, resource hierarchy, data security, cost management and billing). - Implementing monitoring, logging, profiling and alerting solutions to ensure reliability and observability of client platforms. - Preparing migration approaches and onboarding plans to Azure, including effort estimation, cost and resource calculations, and optimization scenarios. - Partnering with DevOps and engineering teams to apply Infrastructure as Code and automation practices, improve delivery pipelines and support a mature DevOps culture. - Leading or supporting incident, request, change and problem management activities, acting as a trusted technical advisor for client stakeholders. Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.
