Azure Cloud Consultant with Spanish

We’re looking for specialists open to cooperate on B2B basis, for our customer – Avanade Poland. Avanade website; Privacy policy Position You will work as Azure Technical Consultant, supporting clients and offering consultation in the scope of Microsoft Azure and other Microsoft solutions. Your tasks will include: • Conducting daily calls with clients, offering your consultation on architecture design and reviews • Technical guidance on using Microsoft solutions • Researching technical topics to address clients’ questions Opportunities in this role: • Working in the project will allow you to gain a deeper understanding of the Azure cloud and its services. • Handling a wide range of technical challenges exposes you to various technologies and scenarios. This can accelerate your learning curve and broaden your skillset. • We involve direct interaction with customers. This can enhance your communication and interpersonal skills, as you'll learn to effectively troubleshoot and provide solutions to users' problems • Quite often you will have opportunities to work on quite different set of challenges and technologies. This as mentioned can lead to quick ramp-up in particular area but also mean you would need to go deeper into understanding particular topics. Challenges: • No coding: We are focusing on advising and helping solve issues however we do not create a code or scripts. From time to time we are working on some internal PoC but in the end it is not our core responsibility. • Divided focus: You are in charge of your time, but often you need to communicate with several different customers on several different topics. • Repetitive tasks: Technical support roles can involve handling similar types of issues repeatedly. We always encourage people to take new areas to explore and extend your area of expertise but it is up to you how will act upon. • Communication: Lot's of communication is going via email, hence spending some time on preparing your written communication. Required skills For this role, you will need: • Fluency both in English and Spanish – this is must-have for this role • Experience with MS Azure and knowledge of its fundamentals, including administration, security, identity, cost management, application architecture, development, migrations, and Azure AI • MS certificates, e.g. AZ-104, AI-102 • Knowledge in at least one of these areas will be a plus: Microsoft 365 app development, Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and administration, Power Platform, Copilot Studio If you want to ask any questions before applying, feel free to reach out via LinkedIn!
