Azure DevOps Engineer – Big Data & Analytics

Rate: 145-164 pln/h on b2bLocation: Hybrid from Warsaw (1 day per week form office) Summary: The DevOps role is crucial for coordinating the product life cycle of technologies within the team, focusing on automation and quality improvements for big data and analytics platforms. Main Responsibilities: • Coordinate with program team for product lifecycle including design, implementation, security, release management, deployment. • Automate deployment of Azure PaaS/SaaS services for big data and analytics. • Validate configurations and ensure IT security compliance for platform stability. • Enhance Managed BDAP Services and associated components. • Conduct root cause analysis and bug fixing. • Develop robust and efficient code. • Manage Go-Live and migration scenarios. • Create documentation for processes and systems. • Facilitate knowledge transfer to Ops Second Level and Service Desk. Key Requirements: • Extensive experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, PowerShell, Azure DevOps. • Proficiency in multiple Azure services: Databricks, Data Factory, ML, Event Hub, SQL Server, Datalake, Blob Storage, Power BI, Azure Search, Cosmos DB. • Strong Azure networking skills including VNets and architecture designs. • Solid understanding of Azure Active Directory and integration per IT security standards. • Commitment and flexibility in handling varied and complex tasks. • Fluent in business English; German skills are a plus. Nice to Have: • Experience in building ServiceNow Forms and Automation. • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • A proactive and initiative-driven attitude. • Customer-oriented mindset and collaborative skills.
