Introduction & Summary We are seeking a skilled Build Engineer with a robust background in software development and configuration management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Python programming and a strong understanding of build tools. A deep knowledge of version control systems, particularly Perforce, and experience in supporting games as a service in a live environment are essential. Main Responsibilities • Design and maintain build systems for multiple projects. • Integrate changes across branches and ensure smooth merging processes. • Support version control operations and manage build configurations. • Implement branching methodologies aligning with project needs. • Provide technical support for game builds in live environments. Key Requirements • 3+ years of experience in Python. • Demonstrable programming experience with build/tools and configuration software. • Deep understanding of version control systems, preferably Perforce. • Knowledge of branching methodologies. • Experience managing integrations of changes across multiple branches. • Experience supporting a game as a service in a live environment. • C++ knowledge. • Experience with compilers. • Familiarity with autotest suites. • Experience with console platforms. • Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes. • Previous experience shipping AAA game titles for PC and consoles.
