Technical Skills (Foundation-Level): Knowledge of cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Azure. Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines. An understanding of application operations and monitoring. Communication & Problem-Solving: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams. To achieve this, we are continuously developing our digital channels for the Corporate Clients segment. The "Corporate Clients Digital Channels" cluster in the CIO Corporate Clients segment strategically advances the digital channels for corporate clients and corporate client sales. The goal is a modern customer experience and a 24/7 online access for our customers’ daily product and service needs, along with innovative solutions to support our sales teams. We are looking for you as a Chapter Lead to further develop our team and our digital channels for customers and sales. What you will be doing? 👇 As a Chapter Lead – DevOps Data / AI / Cloud, you will combine leadership skills with your technical foundation to enable reliable, secure, and scalable digital banking applications for corporate clients. This is an opportunity to shape the future of DevOps in our cluster while working closely with business and technical teams. Whether inspiring your team or collaborating with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Architects, you’ll be key to delivering success in our evolving digital channels. Zakres obowiązków: Leadership & People Management: Lead and support a DevOps team (approx. 10-20 people), managing day-to-day processes like hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and career development. Create a positive team culture by fostering collaboration, accountability, and ownership. Mentor your team and help them grow their skills in modern cloud-native technologies, data engineering, and AI capabilities. Technical Focus: Guide your team in adopting cloud-based solutions (e.g., GCP, Azure) for modern applications. Oversee application development and operations to ensure systems are secure, compliant, and high-performing. Use containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD practices to enhance team workflows (basic understanding is enough—you don’t need to be an expert!). Assist in incident management, monitoring, and ensuring application stability across DEV/TEST/PROD environments. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with Product Managers, Architects, and others to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business goals. Actively contribute to strategy discussions at the cluster level, balancing technical insights with a leadership perspective.
