About our Company We’re a fast-growing team developing practical AI that helps ships and workboats operate remotely, make better decisions, and stay reliable in dynamic, high-stakes environments. The ocean transportation market is huge, under-digitized, and full of hard engineering problems: messy sensor data, constrained hardware, safety requirements, and systems that have to work offshore. Our products turn that complexity into usable tools for maritime operators, combining autonomy software with clear human-machine interaction. Based in Gdansk, Poland with headquarters in Boston, USA, we’re a crew of engineers, software developers, and autonomy scientists working together to ship technology that gets deployed in the field. If you’re someone who wants ownership, technical depth, and outcomes you can measure in the real world, this is the kind of challenge you’ll feel here with us. Apply and let’s get to know each other.
