Your career opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Platform and Cloud Engineering (PCE) team and work with the delivery of cloud platform solutions for CTO. Our focus is on creating reusable and shared services that minimize duplicated efforts and significantly lower build and operational costs. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing our Cloud API Platform, which enables project teams to deploy their APIs seamlessly while we manage the underlying infrastructure. We operate as a global team, and we are expanding our presence in Poland to provide quality support across different time zones as we move into 2021. Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance. Codzienne zadania: - Take responsibility for the delivery and consultancy of CTO cloud projects. - Provide technical and application guidance to multiple project teams for successful project delivery. - Support production incidents through effective management, problem determination, and root cause analysis. - Participate in follow-the-sun support with the Hong Kong team, including weekend and non-office hour on-call duties. - Adhere to Google best practices in Site Reliability Engineering, focusing on prevention and preparation. - Collaborate with SRE team members to share support responsibilities and maintain a robust support roster. - Ensure high-quality production support by engaging in proactive monitoring and incident response strategies. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the cloud projects and support frameworks.
