We are looking for a skilled Cloud DevOps Engineer to join a global team shaping the future of microservices platforms by enabling large-scale migrations to Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Codzienne zadania: - Engineer and maintain a strategic platform on GCP/GKE to onboard 100+ microservices. - Partner with development teams to migrate applications to Kubernetes, including deployment optimization, configuration, and operational readiness. - Design and enhance CI/CD pipelines for containerized workloads, covering build, test, security scanning, deployment, and rollback strategy. - Implement robust observability solutions (metrics, logging, and distributed tracing) using the Grafana stack (Prometheus/Loki/Tempo) with dashboards, alerts, and SLO-based monitoring. - Provide production-lifecycle support: incident triage, root cause analysis, and prevention measures. - Apply best practices in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) for environment provisioning and automation. - Promote reliability engineering through proactive platform improvements and debt reduction. - Ensure compliance with security controls, operational guidelines, and cloud-native best practices. - Collaborate with globally distributed teams, conduct knowledge sharing and enablement sessions, and drive DevOps maturity.
