Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer – Krakow We are looking for an experienced Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer to join a global technology team working on a large scale business critical platform used across multiple regions. The environment is modern, fast moving and genuinely engineering led, with a strong focus on automation, cloud adoption and continuous delivery. This role suits someone who enjoys solving complex infrastructure challenges, improving DevOps practices, and working closely with development and SRE teams to keep a high availability platform running smoothly. What you will be doing • Leading and evolving DevOps, infrastructure and tooling capabilities across cloud and on premise environments • Driving automation and Infrastructure as Code to reduce manual effort and improve consistency • Enhancing CI CD pipelines and deployment processes for a high volume engineering organisation delivering hundreds of changes each month • Supporting and optimising production and non production systems to ensure performance, reliability and scalability • Working closely with developers, SRE, DBA and platform teams to troubleshoot issues and strengthen engineering standards • Contributing to architectural discussions, engineering improvements and broader platform modernisation initiatives Key tech environment • GCP including CloudSQL, GKE, • Kubernetes and container platforms • Terraform and Infrastructure as Code tooling • CI CD using Jenkins Maven and Ansible • Java based microservices with Java 11 and Spring Boot • Python and Shell scripting • Linux fundamentals
