Cloud Engineer

Wymagania: - Cloud platform experience: Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider — Azure, GCP, or AWS. Multi-cloud background is a plus. - IaC proficiency: Practical experience with Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or similar. You write infrastructure as code, not just click through consoles. - Kubernetes knowledge: Experience designing and managing container orchestration environments — GKE, AKS, or equivalent. CKA certification is a bonus. - Scripting skills: Python, PowerShell, or Bash — for automation, not just glue code. - Security mindset: Familiar with IAM, identity federation, secrets management, and cloud governance principles. - Stakeholder communication: Able to explain technical decisions to both engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders — in English. - You need to live in Poland and/or be eligible to work here. Mile widziane: - Cloud certifications (GCP Professional Cloud Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, Azure certifications), experience with data platforms (Databricks, Spark, ADF), CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitOps). Zakres obowiązków: - Cloud infrastructure design & management: Designing, implementing, and managing cloud environments on Azure, GCP, or AWS — with a focus on security, scalability, and reliability. Landing Zone implementations, IaaS/PaaS setup, resource governance. - Cloud migrations: Supporting application and data migrations to the cloud — storage solutions, data sync, migration strategies, and target architecture execution. - Infrastructure as Code & automation: Building and maintaining IaC pipelines using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. Automating infrastructure tasks with PowerShell or Python. - Kubernetes & containerisation: Designing and managing GKE/AKS clusters — networking, deployment pipelines, access control, and day-2 operations. - Data engineering on the cloud: Developing data pipelines using Azure Databricks, Apache Spark, Azure Data Factory. Supporting big data processing and analytics workloads. - Security & compliance: Implementing IAM, Microsoft Entra ID, Secret Manager, Key Vault, and cloud security best practices. Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and governance policies. - DevOps & CI/CD: Setting up and maintaining GitHub-based pipelines, GitOps workflows, and monitoring/alerting systems in cloud environments.
