Visit our website: Heineken (heineken-dt.pl) Your responsibilities would include: • Assisting in the design, deployment, and management of cloud infrastructure using AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda. • Supporting networking configurations, including VPCs, subnets, and security groups, and implementing AWS security best practices (encryption, IAM, security groups). • Helping to maintain compliance with industry frameworks (such as GDPR and DORA) using AWS tools like CloudTrail. • Supporting the implementation of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as CloudFormation and Terraform, and contributing to CI/CD practices with AWS CodePipeline and Git. • Implementing and managing monitoring tools such as AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus, New Relic, and DataDog, and assisting with setting up logging and alerting systems to detect issues and ensure system health. • Participating in incident response and monitoring, including real‑time alerting and on‑call duties to troubleshoot and restore services quickly. • Working closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure alignment and understanding of cloud practices and communication of technical concepts at all levels. • Ensuring consistency and quality of the overall solution, working with the Product Owner to understand, analyze, and translate business requirements and user stories into feasible technical solutions and configurations. • Identifying and resolving bottlenecks, managing support solutions and processes, and helping to select, define, and go‑live with new support technologies and working methods. • Providing technical expertise to teams supporting connectivity and infrastructure for connected breweries and digital initiatives, including L1‑type support where appropriate. • Promoting a zero‑defect culture, partnering with Product Owners to introduce enhancements within quality and time expectations, and minimizing rework. • Operating as a self‑organizing team member in an Agile environment, sharing planning and execution responsibilities across the product team. You are a good candidate if you have: • Solid understanding of AWS cloud services and networking (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, security groups). • Proven familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and CI/CD pipelines (AWS CodePipeline, Git). • Hands‑on experience with monitoring and logging tools (AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus, NewRelic, DataDog) and alerting systems. • Basic knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements (GDPR, DORA, AWS security tools). • Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. • Analytical and problem‑solving mindset, with structured, solution‑oriented thinking and incident‑handling experience. • Ability to work in a self‑organizing agile team, with a commitment to customer value, quality, and continuous improvement. • AWS certification or progress toward obtaining one is a plus. You are a perfect match if you also have: • Experience with incident management and on‑call support in a cloud or production environment. • Experience supporting L1‑type product or platform support, including using tools to take direct action on tickets. • Background or interest in connected breweries, OT/industrial systems, or data‑driven infrastructure. • Ability to work in fast‑paced, multi‑priority environments, while keeping focus on solution quality and standards alignment.
