Deep understanding of cloud architecture, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Strong expertise in building secure, highly available, and scalable systems in enterprise environments. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Practical experience working in fast-paced, global teams and environments. Fluent in English and Polish. Mile widziane: Certifications in AWS or other cloud platforms. Zakres obowiązków: Oversee development and maintenance of comprehensive cloud patterns and solutions, ensuring scalability and security. Partner with application teams to facilitate migration to cloud-native architectures on AWS and hybrid platforms. Champion a frictionless onboarding experience for developers, accelerating transition to cloud environments. Define and prioritize product features aligned with business and engineering goals, ensuring delivery of high-value solutions. Ensure all cloud solutions adhere to “security-first” principles, complying with high security standards and best practices. Drive architectural best practices ensuring solutions are highly available, resilient, and scalable. Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product roadmap and strategic vision, reporting progress regularly. Actively participate in cloud governance to meet regulatory requirements and internal standards.
