Cloud Support Engineer

Nasze wymagania: Technical education or experience in IT roles strongly preferred. AWS, Azure, Linux, GCP and containers (Kubernetes) experience strongly preferred. Practical experience managing critical customer issues is a plus. Must possess an enthusiastic personality and foster a positive work environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is a must. Fluency in German is a plus. Well-organized with effective time management skills. Team player - always willing to give support to others and ask for help if needed. Ability to work independently. Attention to detail. Mile widziane: Experience working with the Strategy platform, particularly in the Administrator role, including managing user permissions, configuring workflows, maintaining platform settings, and supporting operational processes Experience with advanced e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) Strong familiarity with documentation publishing workflows and analytics in SaaS or software environments Exposure to AI or machine learning pipelines for content or workflow automation Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) for documentation and multimedia source files Experience designing certification exams or assessment materials O projekcie: The Cloud Support Engineer will be responsible for providing support to customers for Cloud environments and applications. Zakres obowiązków: Day to day management of the Strategy Cloud infrastructure including scheduled and emergency maintenance activities as well as scheduled on-call coverage. Implementation of Customer change requests in compliance with the Change Control regime. Incident response including troubleshooting of the infrastructure related issues and collaboration with Technology teams on troubleshooting of platform related issues. Strategy Platform administration and troubleshooting. Maintaining high quality documentation for all related tasks.
