Opis stanowiska
Nasze wymagania:
Experience working with modern CRM platforms
Experience configuring and developing CRM solutions
Understanding of CRM architecture, customer lifecycle management and business processes
Experience designing and implementing workflows, automations and business process solutions
Experience integrating SaaS platforms using REST APIs, web services and other integration technologies
Working knowledge of JavaScript and modern web technologies
Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases
Familiarity with cloud-based SaaS applications
Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Mile widziane:
Hands-on experience developing and configuring HubSpot CRM
Experience developing solutions in Creatio CRM or another enterprise CRM platform
Experience participating in CRM implementation or migration projects
Experience building reports and dashboards
Understanding of data privacy and information security best practices
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Zakres obowiązków:
Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders across different business functions
Design, configure and develop CRM solutions that support business needs
Build and maintain workflows, automations and business processes
Develop integrations between the CRM platform and internal/external applications using REST APIs
Collaborate with IT, Data & Analytics and business teams to deliver new capabilities
Participate in solution design, testing, deployment and continuous improvement initiatives
Troubleshoot issues, optimise existing functionality and provide ongoing application support
Maintain technical documentation and follow development best practices
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency
