DevOps engineer

The market is being reshaped, and customer satisfaction is more important than ever. That’s why it is essential that we execute our most important task flawlessly: paying out pensions. Do you have experience developing and maintaining claims functionality in SAP? And would you like to work on the largest pension administration in the Netherlands? What you are going to do - Support Product Owners and developers by defining technical solutions for complex functional issues - Safeguard and improve development standards and guide junior and medior developers to deliver according to those standards - Analyse and resolve complex incidents. Who you will work with Within our Administration Product Platform department, we work in various (international) DevOps scrum teams. These teams focus on our advisor, employer, and employee processes. During PI planning, each team determines their priorities for the upcoming quarter based on stakeholder direction. We actively promote our 'Learning Culture'. Our workweek is structured according to the 70/20/10 principle: most of your time is spent on team work ('Learning on the job'), one day a week is for improving how we work together ('Getting better together'), and half a day is reserved for your own development ('Self study').
