DevOps Engineer

📌 We are looking for a DevOps Engineer on behalf of our client to join to the leader from the largest Swiss financial holding company. 🏢 Work model : Hybrid 3 days from Cracow office Experience • Overall 6+ years of IT experience including 4+ years of experience developing Java applications (Spring framework would be a plus) • Solid SQL database skills (ideally Oracle and experience working with Mongo DB would be a plus) Technical Responsibilities • Should be able to develop and maintain Java based applications • Should be able to drive continuous integration and improvements • Should be able to drive architecture, standards and guidelines for a globally deployed software solution Tools & Technologies • Familiar with DevOps tools, such as Git, GitLab Pipelines, Nexus, Ansible, RPM packaging would be beneficial • Familiarity with MS Azure Cloud platforms and knowledge of Databricks, Denodo would be beneficial • Comfortable in a Linux based server environment incl. bash (shell) scripting Development & Process • Good understanding of all aspects of the application development (SDLC) and support life cycle • Knowledge of UBS SDLC platforms and processes including as REX (release executor); the RFC process and GSNOW/Atlas shall be preferred Soft Skills • Well-developed business communication skills – both written and verbal and experience working as part of a global team • Strong personal prioritization and time management • Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure things out) ✅ Benefits: • Work with modern technologies and international teams • Long-term and stable cooperation • Professional growth opportunities 📩 If you’re interested and meet the qualifications, please send your CV to Alina Pchelnikova at alina.pchelnikova@dcvtechnologies.co.uk
