As a DevOps Engineer, you will join an infrastructure team responsible for developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and deployment processes for a platform used by multiple development teams. This is a greenfield project, where you will work with technologies such as Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, and Terraform, supporting the setup and evolution of the environment. You will collaborate with developers and other engineers to ensure smooth deployments, scalability, and reliability of the platform, while following good security practices within the cloud environment.   Responsibilities you'll have • Support building and maintaining cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform • Work with CI/CD pipelines in GitLab CI/CD for multiple development teams • Deploy and manage applications using Kubernetes • Automate infrastructure and deployments using Terraform and scripting • Monitor system performance and help troubleshoot issues to ensure reliability and scalability • Collaborate with developers and other engineers to support smooth delivery processes • Follow security best practices in the cloud environment (DevSecOps approach) • Contribute to documentation and ongoing improvement of the platform   Expected competences and knowledge • 3+ years of commercial experience in a DevOps / Platform / SRE role • Experience working with cloud platforms — ideally GCP, but experience with AWS or Azure is also acceptable • Willingness to work with and develop skills in Google Cloud Platform • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform) • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitLab CI/CD) • Experience with Kubernetes and containerization (e.g. Docker) • Familiarity with scripting (e.g. Python, Bash) • Fluent English   Nice to have • Experience with messaging/streaming tools (e.g. Apache Kafka) • Basic familiarity with application build/deployment processes (e.g. Java/Spring, Flutter/React) • Experience with monitoring tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana) • Experience in fintech, banking, or similar domain     Technologies you'll work with • Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Terraform • Kubernetes (K8s) • GitLab CI/CD • Docker • Ansible • Python / Bash (scripting) • Monitoring & observability (eg.
