Andersen is hiring a DevOps Engineer for a project supporting infrastructure and deployments, driving migration of an on-premises tool to a scalable SaaS solution. The customer is an established international industrial company focused on advanced manufacturing solutions, engineering excellence, and process optimization. It provides innovative and reliable technologies designed to improve productivity, precision, and operational efficiency for clients across multiple industries. With a strong global presence, the company supports long-term business growth through modern solutions, technical expertise, and continuous innovation.The project is focused on supporting the client’s infrastructure and deployment processes as part of a planned migration of their tool to a SaaS solution. Currently, the main priority is providing DevOps expertise for the on-premises environment and deployment activities. Responsibilities: • Managing deployment and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes. • Administering and optimizing Linux-based systems. • Investigating infrastructure, performance, and reliability issues, and performing root cause analysis. • Collaborating closely with the client to discuss findings, share ideas, and propose improvements. • Ensuring stability, scalability, and security of on‑prem environments. • Working with third‑party software solutions and adapting them to hardware‑centric environments. • Acting as a trusted technical partner, providing recommendations and best practices. Must-haves: • Strong hands-on experience with on‑premises DevOps environments for 4+ years. • Solid knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes in production. • Deep understanding of Linux system administration. • Experience working with hardware-integrated environments and third‑party software. • Proven ability to investigate, analyze, and solve complex technical issues. • Experience creating technical roadmaps and long-term infrastructure plans. • Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
