DevOps Engineer

Location: 100% remote work  Tasks: •    Install, implement, and configure DevOps and platform components in on premises air gapped environments in line with security and operational constraints •    Manage and maintain containerized platforms using Docker and Kubernetes, including deployments, upgrades, and lifecycle management •    Administer and support Red Hat OpenShift clusters in disconnected or restricted environments, including registry management and platform hardening •    Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve platform and infrastructure issues, including bug fixing and root cause analysis •    Coordinate issue resolution with platform vendors by clarifying requirements, communicating changes, and supporting troubleshooting activities •    Design and implement reliable deployment, configuration, and operational processes aligned with DevOps and SRE principles adapted to air gapped environments •    Collaborate with platform architects, security teams, and application teams to ensure stable and secure system integration •    Support production and non production environments to ensure high availability, performance, and operational readiness •    Prepare and maintain technical documentation, operational runbooks, and deployment guides suitable for audit and compliance reviews •    Participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, and implementation workshops with internal and client stakeholders Requirements: •    At least more than 4 years of experience in a similar position •    Strong hands on experience with Red Hat Linux system administration in enterprise environments •    Advanced knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration concepts •    Practical experience with Red Hat OpenShift, particularly in on premises or air gapped deployments •    Ability to lead a small team, distribute tasks, and monitor progress •    Proactive attitude with quick escalation and transparent communication of progress and blockers •    Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills with the ability to work independently on complex issues •    Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross functional and security focused environments •    Ability to operate effectively under strict compliance, security, and availability requirements •    Solid understanding of DevOps practices, automation, and platform operations in highly controlled environments •    Senior‑level experience in a DevOps, platform, or infrastructure role •    Experience working in regulated industries or disconnected enterprise environments •    Familiarity with IBM AI products such as watsonx as a platform or integration component is a plus •    Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to platform standards and best practices Offer: •    Multisport card •    Private healthcare •    Access to an e learning platform •    Group life insurance
