DevOps Engineer

Location: Warsaw/Cracow (hybrid: 1-2 days per week in the office) Contract: B2B Salary: 15 000 - 23 000 PLN B2B  How this role works: You will start by building the system as part of our team, working in a focused, greenfield setup. After a few months of introduction to the project, you will seamlessly continue working on the same product directly with the client, becoming part of the client’s team responsible for its long-term development and scaling. There is no handover phase and no context switching - you stay with the same codebase, product, and technical challenges, while gaining long-term ownership and impact. Why you’ll like this role: • Work on a high-visibility project with real impact • Collaborate with a team of experienced engineers and ML specialists • Build a greenfield system with cutting-edge technologies • Gain long-term ownership and influence over infrastructure and platform architecture Must have: • 4+ years of DevOps experience • Extensive knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and ability to independently design, deploy, and maintain infrastructure for medium to large-scale projects • Solid understanding of Kubernetes (GKE) • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) - Terraform, Atlantis, ArgoCD • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS and TCP/IP • Experience with creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines • Experience in designing and maintaining monitoring and alerting systems, following industry best practices Nice to have: • Experience with infrastructure supporting machine learning / AI workloads • Familiarity with modern application architecture - principles of designing scalable applications, implementing effective health checks, managing resources efficiently to avoid overprovisioning and underprovisioning  We want to offer you: • Work with an experienced team that continually shares knowledge and is not afraid of testing new solutions • Flexible hours • Individual work tools – Macbook Pro, Dell screen, JBL headphones?
