Argo (Argo CD / Argo Workflows)

Grafana
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
Solid understanding of cloud environments and modern infrastructure practices
Background in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, or similar)
Knowledge of financial services workflows and core banking concepts
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively in Agile, cross-functional teams
Mile widziane:
Experience in loan processing or banking systems
Advanced knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies
Exposure to cloud platforms and infrastructure automation at scale
Familiarity with complex enterprise environments and regulated industries

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join a newly established, collaborative team within the banking sector. Our mission is to build and drive automated loan processing solutions that deliver seamless customer experiences and improve operational efficiency.
You will be part of a dynamic Agile environment focused on Straight-Through Processing (STP) for loan operations. We value transparency, continuous improvement, and close collaboration between Developers, Business SMEs, and Product Owners. English is our primary working language, and we emphasize shared understanding and fast, effective decision-making.
Our team thrives on building scalable systems from the ground up and actively shaping both technical and business solution
Zakres obowiązków:
Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure supporting loan origination and servicing processes
Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and end-to-end automation workflows
Collaborate closely with development, operations, and business teams to enable full process automation
Monitor system performance and reliability using modern observability tools
Troubleshoot, integrate, and optimize systems to ensure smooth loan application and approval flows
Contribute to continuous improvement of DevOps practices and engineering standards
