DevOps Engineer

Location: hybrid work from Kraków; work from client's office 6–9 days per month Tasks • Support system engineering activities and compare/contrast different solutions to meet business requirements • Provide technical thought leadership in evaluating new technologies and influence stakeholders toward adoption • Work with CI/CD and scripting/automation using PowerShell • Set up Azure Platform with Terraform • Manage and troubleshoot Azure resources • Actively work on CI/CD setups in Azure DevOps • Support and manage MS Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform Admin Center, Power Automate, Power Apps flows and connections • Independently handle Microsoft support tickets • Utilize exposure to Docker, Kubernetes or containerization concepts • Operate effectively in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment • Use DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, JIRA and Confluence Requirements • 5+ years of IT experience in CI/CD and scripting/automation with PowerShell, both as an individual contributor and team leader • Experience with Azure Platform setup using Terraform • Experience handling Azure resources setup and resolving issues • Active work experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines • Working knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform Admin Center, Power Automate, Power Apps flows and related connections • Ability to independently manage MS support tickets • Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes or containerization concepts (bonus) • Strong problem‑solving, interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills • Experience with DevOps/CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence • Knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps and REST/SOAP APIs for data integration • Experience with Terraform, Ansible or similar IaC tools is a plus • Experience creating technical design documentation, including data flow diagrams and detailed data transformation specifications • Relevant certifications such as Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Power Platform Developer Associate, Dynamics 365 Developer Associate, Azure Developer Associate • Previous experience in the financial services industry is desirable Offer • Multisport card • Private healthcare • Access to an e‑learning platform • Group life insurance
