Opis stanowiska
Nasze wymagania:
3+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or similar role.
Strong programming skills in Java (17+).
Experience with Python and automation scripting.
Hands-on experience with GitHub, Jenkins, and CI/CD tooling.
Good knowledge of Oracle and/or PostgreSQL databases.
Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud would be a plus.
Experience in monitoring, alerting, and production support activities.
Understanding of software development lifecycle and DevOps practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership.
Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies.
Proactive approach to improving existing solutions and challenging legacy processes.
Strong communication skills in English.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in improving our development and operational capabilities by driving automation, stability, and continuous delivery.

Zakres obowiązków:
Championing DevOps culture and best practices across the team
Building, improving, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
Increasing team autonomy through automation and self-service capabilities
Managing and enhancing production and non-production environments
Automating operational and deployment processes using Python and scripting technologies
Ensuring system reliability through monitoring, alerting, resiliency, and operational excellence
Supporting business-critical applications following the "You Build It, You Run It" philosophy
Investigating incidents, troubleshooting production issues, and driving root cause analysis
Collaborating with international teams across France, India, and Poland
Continuously improving documentation, processes, and operational standards
