DevOps Engineer (Azure, Gitlab)

B2B: 1200 - 1300 MD Location: hybrid work (Warsaw - 2 days in the office) Required Skills: • 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE with a focus on GitLab administration and CI/CD • Proficiency in CI/CD concepts: branching strategies, pipeline as code, artifacts, environments, approvals, and compliance controls • Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) • Experience deploying and scaling GitLab Runners on Kubernetes, with expertise in Prometheus and Grafana • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm) and configuration management tools (Ansible or similar) • Strong scripting and automation skills in Bash, Python, or equivalent • Excellent problem-solving abilities, ownership mindset, and cross-functional collaboration skills • Fluent in English, both verbal and written Nice to Have Skills: • Experience with GitLab Premium or Ultimate features • Knowledge of enterprise security best practices and compliance standards • Additional automation tools and AI-driven solution experience Preferred Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • Proven track record working in Azure cloud environments and enterprise settings #8945
