Nasze wymagania: Proven experience with AWS services, including EKS, VPC networking, IAM, S3, KMS, and secrets management solutions. Strong proficiency in Terraform, including modular design, state management, and collaborative workflows in team environments. Deep hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes administration, troubleshooting, and multi-tenant cluster operations. Experience with GitOps practices and tools such as ArgoCD and Helm, with a solid understanding of declarative infrastructure management. Expertise in observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, logging systems) and the ability to design meaningful alerting strategies. Strong understanding of cloud and container security best practices, including identity management, network policies, and encryption. Practical knowledge of operating data workloads on Kubernetes (e.g., Spark, Flink, Kafka, Airflow) and familiarity with OIDC/SSO integration and CI/CD pipelines. O projekcie: Hi there! Currently, we are searching for a DevOps Engineer to work on developing a data lakehouse platform for a global financial services company. Sovereign-ready architecture on AWS EKS, with future deployments to Azure AKS and on-prem Kubernetes (OpenShift). The platform runs Apache Spark, Flink, Kafka, Airflow, and an Iceberg-based data catalog — all deployed via GitOps. We are looking for a Senior Engineer who owns infrastructure and platform operations end-to-end. Drives complex topics independently (security hardening, HA/DR, platform scaling) while mentoring the team. Client-facing - presents technical designs and progress to enterprise stakeholders. Working hours: primarily European business hours, with occasional evening calls (around 20:00 CET) to sync with international teams. Zakres obowiązków: Design, build, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS, with a strong focus on EKS, networking, IAM, and secure data storage. Develop and maintain reusable Terraform modules, ensuring consistent, reliable, and team-friendly infrastructure provisioning workflows. Administer and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters, including resource management, multi-tenancy, and CRD-based operator workloads. Implement GitOps practices using ArgoCD and Helm, maintaining Git as the single source of truth for all production environments. Own observability across the platform by designing metrics, logging, and alerting systems using Prometheus, Thanos, Grafana, and related tools. Enforce strong security standards, including least-privilege access, network segmentation, encryption, and secure image and secrets management.
