DevOps Engineer (Delivery & Orchestration)

Location: 100% remote work (Poland) Availability: ASAP / within 1 month About the Role Join a modern, cloud-native Data Integration team building and operating a Global Integration Hub fully on Azure and DevOps principles. This role acts as the central orchestration point for delivering complex integration capabilities across multiple products, teams, and stakeholders. The focus is on technical leadership, delivery governance, consulting, and operational coordination rather than hands-on coding. Responsibilities • Act as a trusted advisor to product teams, architects, and business stakeholders on integration concepts, delivery options, and technical feasibility • Translate business needs into structured delivery plans and guide teams on best-fit integration patterns, workflows, and architecture options • Own end-to-end planning and delivery for integration initiatives across multiple squads and domains • Coordinate parallel workstreams with clear milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery readiness • Identify, track, and proactively resolve cross-team and cross-platform dependencies • Shape and maintain the Data Integration delivery roadmap together with architects, product owners, and engineering leads • Run roadmap and delivery reviews, assess new demands, and ensure alignment with strategic priorities • Create and maintain capacity forecasts across engineering and operations • Define resource needs per workstream and ensure appropriate skillsets and capacity are in place • Act as the primary escalation point for delivery-related issues and drive structured problem-solving • Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, observability, and operational processes support reliable delivery • Ensure production delivery readiness including documentation, operational acceptance, and monitoring • Coordinate joint planning with partner platforms to align timelines and dependencies for cross-platform integration initiatives Requirements • Strong background in cloud-native architectures, ideally Azure and Kubernetes (AKS) • Solid understanding of workflow orchestration technologies such as Argo Workflows, Temporal, or Airflow and DAG-based integration concepts • Proven experience leading technical delivery across multiple teams or products in complex environments • Strong skills in planning, dependency management, roadmap creation, and risk management • Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear and actionable delivery plans • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to consult, influence, and drive alignment at all levels • Good understanding of DevOps principles including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, and monitoring • Structured, proactive, and delivery-oriented mindset with strong ownership • Ability to understand data integration patterns, mappings, message flows, and orchestration logic to validate technical feasibility Nice to Have • Experience working with legacy enterprise integration platforms • Involvement in modernization or migration initiatives toward cloud-native integration platforms such as BizTalk to Argo Workflows, Informatica, or SAP BTP Offer • B2B contract via Experis • Multisport card • Private healthcare (Medicover) • Access to an e-learning platform • Group life insurance
