We build custom software, AI integrations, and process automation for SMEs that don't fit the off-the-rack consulting model — Odoo, HubSpot, Supabase, n8n, and modern LLM stacks are our daily tools, but we stay technology- and vendor-agnostic and pick best-fit per client. Recent work includes the autohelden.com digital infrastructure (built in four weeks). About the role You will join a small, AI-first engineering team that spans Munich (HQ), Romania, and — newly — Poland. As DevOps Engineer you'll own the cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and platform stability end-to-end — and work hand-in-hand with our backend developer (a parallel Poland hire). You report directly to CEO Martin Ansel in Munich; decision paths are short and there is no middle layer. Why this role - Own the entire infrastructure — CI/CD through production monitoring - AI-first culture with real GPU/LLM workloads, not legacy lift-and-shift - Small team, high autonomy, real impact — no corporate bureaucracy - Fully remote from Poland with a friendly CET overlap - Direct collaboration with the CEO — short decision paths - Shape the platform, tooling, and engineering practices from the ground up Wymagania: We are looking for a mid-level DevOps engineer (3–5 years) who owns cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and platform stability. Strong experience with at least one major cloud (Hetzner, AWS, GCP, or Azure), Docker required and Kubernetes strongly preferred, plus Terraform or Pulumi for IaC. Operating model is fully remote from Poland under a B2B contract. Codzienne zadania: - Build, maintain, and optimise CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar). - Manage and evolve cloud infrastructure via Terraform / Pulumi (Hetzner / AWS / GCP / Azure). - Operate and scale Kubernetes clusters: deployments, networking, RBAC, autoscaling. - Set up and own monitoring, logging, and alerting (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Sentry). - Manage secrets, IAM, and security configuration with GDPR awareness (EU data centers where feasible). - Support the development team: debug deployment issues, optimise build times, document runbooks. - Drive automation everywhere — eliminate manual operational toil.
