Salary: 140–160 PLN net / hour (B2B via Experis)
About the role
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic DevOps Engineer (Kubernetes / Platform) to help design, build and evolve a Kubernetes based platform for application teams. You will be responsible for implementing DevOps processes such as onboarding applications to Kubernetes, managing deployments, administration, automation, security, documentation, and working closely with development teams.
Responsibilities
• Work closely with application teams to onboard applications and document internal and external interface requirements for Development, Testing and Production environments running on Kubernetes
• Implement application specific middleware requirements, ensuring proper integration across components within the provided TI environment
• Provide technical guidance to application teams on leveraging cloud technologies and implementing cloud infrastructure, in coordination with other DevOps staff
• Prepare environments for application implementation using scripting and automation
• Co create and manage application deployment processes
• Work with development teams in accordance with Agile methodologies
• Cooperate with other IT departments (e.g. Security, Middleware, Linux teams) and participate in change management processes
Requirements
• 3+ years of professional experience in the DevOps area
• Strong hands on experience with CI/CD tools and processes (Jenkins, GitLab, Jira, Git), containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes
• Ability to work with a wide range of open source technologies and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Experience with GitOps approach and ArgoCD
• Hands on experience onboarding Spring Boot and frontend applications to Kubernetes
• Nice to have: working knowledge of programming or scripting (at least one of: Java, Bash, Python)
• Strong communication skills, team player mindset, willingness to learn and collaborate, and focus on successful delivery
