DevOps Engineer with Azure

Summary: We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with Azure to join a cloud-focused team responsible for supporting, automating, and continuously improving a complex Azure environment for one of our client. What we offer: Start: ASAP / up to 1 month notice period Duration: Until 31.12.2026 + option for extension Workload: Full-time, B2B Work Model: Remote Business travel: Possible from time to time (once per quater) Main Responsibilities: • Support the daily operation and continuous improvement of a complex Microsoft Azure environment. • Drive automation and infrastructure standardisation using Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and Bicep. • Design, maintain, and troubleshoot Azure networking components. • Work closely with internal engineering, data, BI, AI, and platform teams. • Analyse existing cloud configurations, identify gaps, and introduce better structure, documentation, and operational standards. • Support Azure Landing Zone maintenance • Configure and manage access, identity, and security-related areas using Microsoft Entra, RBAC. • Work with CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, logging, and monitoring tools to improve delivery, visibility, and operational reliability. • Prepare clear technical documentation. Key Requirements: • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud environments. • Very good understanding of Azure networking. • Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code, especially Terraform and Bicep. • Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automation of cloud operations. • Knowledge of logging, monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational support in cloud environments. • Understanding of identity and access governance. • Strong problem-solving mindset and readiness to investigate, organise, improve, and document existing setups. • Good communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts. Nice to Have: • Experience working with Azure Landing Zones.
