PROJECT INFORMATION • Industry: Banking • Remuneration: Senior: up to 180 PLN/h netto + VAT (B2B) • Mid: up to 150 PLN/h netto + VAT (B2B) • Work model: hybrid (1 day/week in Warsaw or Wrocław office) We are open to senior candidates without direct PEGA experience, provided they have strong background in comparable enterprise platforms, production support, DevOps, and system integrations. Main Responsibilities: • Monitor the PEGA CDH service and proactively detect anomalies and system issues. • Investigate and resolve incidents related to PEGA and its integrations with banking systems. • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution. • Perform technical configuration and customization of the PEGA platform (including data flows). • Support deployment processes and prepare installation packages. • Manage releases in cooperation with business and technical stakeholders. • Ensure system stability, availability, and performance in production environments. • Participate in on-call duty (planned) and support critical incident handling. • Work with ticketing and defect management tools to track and resolve issues. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and system reliability. Key Requirements: • Experience with PEGA CDH or similar enterprise platforms. For mid-level candidates, PEGA experience is expected. For senior candidates, strong experience in comparable enterprise / DevOps / application support environments may be considered instead of a direct PEGA background. • Hands-on experience in system monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting. • Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., Jira). • Understanding of deployment and release management processes. • Experience working with enterprise systems and integrations. • Analytical thinking and the ability to work with technical documentation. • Strong organizational skills and attention to quality and deadlines. • Fluent English (min. B2) – required for communication with vendor support. Nice to Have: • Experience in banking or financial services. • Experience with PEGA CDH. • Experience with other PEGA modules or similar BPM/decision engine platforms. • Knowledge of test data preparation. • Familiarity with integration patterns in enterprise environments. • Experience working in hybrid / on-call support models.
