1. Job Purpose FutureMedia is scaling a diverse portfolio of digital products, and infrastructure excellence is critical to our success.  We’re seeking a DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer to join our Platform & Infrastructure team. You will help design, automate, and operate the infrastructure that supports multiple fast-moving squads across our product ecosystem. From CI/CD pipelines to Kubernetes deployments, your role ensures our developers can ship with speed, confidence, and reliability.  You’ll work closely with other DevOps Engineers, SRE Engineers, and Product Developers - creating systems that are not only stable and secure, but also a joy to use.  2. Key Responsibilities: • Design and manage CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) for efficient and secure delivery  • Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform   • Operate and optimize AWS-based Kubernetes (EKS) clusters  • Automate deployments, testing environments, and rollback workflows  • Integrate monitoring, logging, and alerting across services using tools like Sentry, GroundCover, Prometheus  • Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and support incident response  • Collaborate with product squads to ensure infrastructure is ready and robust for new launches  • Maintain and improve GitOps workflows and delivery pipelines  • Work closely with QA to ensure testing automation is integrated into deployments  • Participate in platform-wide documentation and onboarding efforts  3. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience:  • 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles  • Hands-on experience managing AWS cloud infrastructure and services  • Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, and container orchestration  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)  • Familiar with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions  • Familiar with observability stacks like Grafana, Datadog, Prometheus, Loki, and Sentry, we use Groundcover  Nice to Have:  • Experience with internal developer platforms or self-service tooling  • Familiarity with Next.js / NestJS deployment pipelines  • Experience with GitOps tools (e.g., ArgoCD)  • Scripting in Bash, Python, or Go  • Experience integrating QA tools like Playwright or Selenium  4. Soft skills • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset   • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote team • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with QA, developers, and product  • Excellent written and verbal communication  • Adaptability to evolving infrastructure needs    5.
