Wymagania: - Proven track record of leading engineers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Deep passion for enabling teams to deliver better software faster. - Expertise in modern build systems, deployment pipelines, and CI/CD practices. - Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the organization. - Demonstrated experience driving continuous improvement in engineering tools and processes. - Proficiency in creating and maintaining clear, concise technical documentation. - Commitment to fostering a culture of quality, efficiency, and collaboration. - Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and stay current with industry best practices. Codzienne zadania: - Oversee the operation, maintenance, and security of Formlabs’ cloud infrastructure. - Develop and promote software engineering tools such as build systems, deployment pipelines, and CI/CD frameworks. - Establish and champion standardized engineering processes across teams. - Define and implement monitoring, analytics, and reporting for products, engineering tools, and infrastructure. - Create and maintain technical documentation and provide training for engineers. - Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence.
