DevOps/Platform Engineer

We are currently supporting a global leader in cloud-based solutions for financial management, liquidity, and risk, in the search for an experienced DevOps/Platform Engineer. Key responsibilities: • Design and implement a standardized Golden Path CI/CD pipeline across the organization • Build and enhance CI processes based on GitHub Actions (workflows, reusable templates, automation) • Implement and maintain CD processes using the GitOps approach with ArgoCD and Helm • Support development teams by promoting CI/CD best practices and deployment standardization • Design and develop solutions for multi-cluster Kubernetes environments (50+ clusters) • Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and platform stability. Ideal candidate profile: • Minimum 6 years of experience in DevOps / Platform Engineering / CI/CD • Strong CI expertise and hands-on experience with GitHub Actions (expert-level required) • Strong CD knowledge and hands-on experience with the GitOps approach • Practical experience with ArgoCD and Helm (creating and maintaining Kubernetes deployments) • Experience working with large-scale Kubernetes environments, including environments with 50+ clusters • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud • Strong knowledge of Terraform • English proficiency at minimum B2 level Nice to have: • Experience with the Harness platform • Experience building an Internal Developer Platform or implementing Golden Path standards Conditions: • Contract type: B2B • Work model: 100% remote • Salary: 180-250 PLN net/h • Benefits: Private medical care, life insurance, training opportunities, Multisport card • Project duration: until the end of 2026
