DevOps/SRE Engineer

2-3 per week you need to be available until 9:00 pm due to meetings with the US team. Altimetrik Poland is a digital enablement company. You will join the Security Observability Platform (SOP) team that builds and operates the data pipelines, detection infrastructure, and alerting systems that power security operations. Responsibilities: • Build and maintain high-reliability security data pipelines ingesting logs from CrowdStrike, cloud providers, and internal systems into Elastic • Support multi-cloud detection coverage across AWS, GCP, and OCI • Improve pipeline observability, alerting, and on-failure handling across 100+ pipelines • Collaborate closely with threat detection and response engineers to ship detection rules and response tooling. Skills and Experience: • 5+ years of software engineering experience, with strong backend and data pipeline fundamentals • Experience with log pipelines, event streaming (Kafka, Kinesis, or similar), or SIEM platforms (Elastic preferred) • Comfortable working in Python and/or Terraform in a cloud-native environment (AWS primary) • Security domain knowledge is a plus, not a requirement — we care more about engineering rigor  Nice to Have: • Experience with CrowdStrike FDR, Wiz, or similar security tooling • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and IAM patterns 🔥We grow fast. 🤓We learn a lot. 🤹We prefer to do things instead of just talking about them.
